Case Study: Meeting Crucial Data Warehouse Needs

A multi-service broadband communications and entertainment company headquartered in Atlanta needed an efficient way to provide constantly evolving product information to its nationwide network of field offices.  To avoid costly duplication of efforts in each office and to simplify management of the information, company executives recognized the need for a centralized data warehouse that field personnel could access when they needed the latest information.

The challenge? The company’s IT division did not include a dedicated data warehouse department. This specialized entity would have to be built from the ground up – or in this case, and with the help of The Intersect Group – from the top down.
