Wade Hughes Joins as Partner

ATLANTA—January 17 , 2008 —The Intersect Group, the premier provider of finance & accounting and information technology services to Atlanta companies, announced its results for 2007. The Intersect Group finished the year with more than 140 billable consultants and a run rate of more than $15 million in annual revenue, putting it on track to be one of Atlanta’s fastest growing companies. As a result of its rapid growth, the company is in the process of expanding its Atlanta headquarters to accommodate continued growth anticipated in 2008.

 

The firm, founded in 2006, has assembled a group of veteran advisors and senior management to provide corporations with project management, transaction advisory, interim executive and staffing solutions for finance/accounting and IT. A notable addition to the senior management team this year is Wade Hughes as partner, formerly with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting for 12 years. Hughes’ leadership of Intersect consulting enables the firm to fully manage initiatives dealing with clients’ most important challenges—including strategy articulation, corporate governance, accounting operations and technology implementations.
