The Intersect Group Names Catherine Dixon Director of Executive Advisory Services

ATLANTA—April 21, 2008—The Intersect Group, the premier provider of finance & accounting and information technology services to Atlanta companies, today announced that Catherine Dixon has been named director of executive advisory services. An experienced professional with strong F&A expertise, Dixon enhances the firm’s ability to provide strategic insights to organizations needing transactional and executive advisory services—including mergers and acquisitions, integration planning, strategy articulation, finance and accounting expertise, as well as equity and debt capital raises.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Dixon spent nearly five years with publicly traded ChoicePoint as a mergers and acquisitions executive, where she bought and sold a variety of companies until ChoicePoint’s announced sale to Reed Elsevier. Before that, she was an investment banker with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where she worked on a variety of capital raise and acquisition transactions. Dixon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a certified public accountant.
