Adds Four Sales Executives

Bill Meagher was named director of business development services, with a focus on finance & accounting consulting and staff augmentation. Scott Graves was named director of business development services, with a focus on IT consulting services and staff augmentation; and Adam Barraclough and Britt Leightman were named business development managers, with a focus on IT staff augmentation.
