Broadband Access Equipment Provider Enhances Operational Efficiency
ATLANTA—September 30, 2008—The Intersect Group, the premier provider of IT and finance & accounting consulting and project management services, today announced a successful IT outsourcing engagement with Vyyo, a supplier of broadband access equipment for cable system operators. The decision to outsource its IT services to The Intersect Group was made by Vyyo in conjunction with a recent consolidation and move of it headquarters to the U.S., and is expected to provide the now Atlanta-based company significant operational benefits.

Prior to this IT outsourcing engagement, Vyyo had engaged the multi-faceted The Intersect Group in another capacity: Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Vyyo, formerly based in Israel, tapped Intersect consulting to test its internal controls per SOX compliance standards.
