The Intersect Group Expands Capacity With Key Additions to Leadership Team
Poised for Continued Growth
ATLANTA—July 30, 2009—The Intersect Group, the premier provider of finance & accounting and IT consulting and staffing services for Atlanta companies, continues to structure for rapid growth. The firm, founded in 2006 and recently named the 15th fastest growing privately held company in Atlanta, announced the addition of several key members of the leadership team to accommodate increasing demand for services.
Staffing
The Intersect Group has named Keith Ordan as partner of F&A staffing. Ordan joins David
R. Sergile, who serves as partner of IT staffing, in leveraging the firm’s robust recruiting engine to efficiently
place experienced consultants with deep subject-matter expertise to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Ordan comes to The Intersect Group with more than 15 years of sales and business management experience and more than 10 years in F&A staffing senior leadership roles. He most recently served as regional vice president for Ledgent on the East Coast and Texas, and was previously regional vice president for Robert Half International with responsibility for the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. He leads a team in the recruitment and delivery of contingent and direct-hire finance & accounting staffing solutions for The Intersect Group clients. Ordan has a bachelor’s in economics from Vanderbilt University.
Sergile has more than 10 years of experience in IT/telecom and operations. Past experience includes an executive position managing a voice and data monitoring and technical support team for Verizon Enterprise Solutions. He also built a communications practice during his tenure with a large IT staffing vendor. Sergile is responsible for the recruitment and delivery of contingent and direct-hire qualified technical professionals in the IT, telecommunications and engineering space.
Consulting
The Intersect Group also announced that Eddie Lanham has been named partner in charge of consulting
services, with managerial responsibility for the firm’s IT optimization, performance improvement and mobile applications
solutions groups. A senior consulting executive with a proven track record, Lanham has more than 20 years of experience
with E.I. Dupont de Nemours, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Scient and Ariba. He has worked with clients ranging
from start-up interactive marketing firms to Fortune 100 companies. Lanham is an Atlanta native, an honors graduate of
Georgia Tech, and he received his MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC.
Corporate
The Intersect Group also appointed Jennifer Hauser to corporate controller and Donna DonFrancesco to
director of human resources.
Hauser directs the financial affairs of the firm and is responsible for financial plans and policies; accounting practices;
cash management; maintenance of fiscal records; and preparation of financial statements. She also supervises general
accounting and cost and budgetary controls. Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Hauser spent 16 years in various accounting
and audit capacities, including serving as an executive with a high-growth IT staffing company and a start-up financial
institution. She also served with Deloitte and Touche in Atlanta as audit manager. Hauser has a master’s in accounting
from the University of Florida.
DonFrancesco provides strategic direction for the firm’s human resources functions. In this capacity, she
oversees internal recruiting; payroll; compensation and benefits; and employee relations and development.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, DonFrancesco spent more than 20 years in various HR management capacities, most
recently as corporate vice president for Precyse Solutions. She has a master’s in public administration and a bachelor’s
in human science and services from the University of Rhode Island.
