David Baba
Manager, IT Staffing Sales- Atlanta

David is an 18-year veteran in IT staffing. From recruiting to sales, David’s wide range of experience makes him an integral part of The Intersect Group team. In addition, David’s commitment to strong client relationships has led to The Intersect Group’s continued success and expansion into the Dallas market. Prior to joining the Intersect team in June 2010, David spent three years at Glotel, serving as regional director of IT staffing. During his time at The Intersect Group David has achieved incredible success, receiving Legends recognition for strong sales during his first year with the company.

David received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. David has been married to his wife Karyn for 17 years and has three children, Jacob, Madelyn and Kendall.


David Chen
Manager, ERP Staffing - Atlanta

As the manager of ERP Staffing at The Intersect Group, David is responsible for driving the revenue growth of the company’s ERP staffing vertical, as well as attracting, hiring and mentoring his team to success. He brings over 16 years of information technology business and staffing/consulting experience, including the last eight years heavily focused in ERP. David is a results-driven senior IT staffing executive, who manages his team with a necessary balance of world-class foundational mechanics, integrated with the latest recruiting methodologies.  David has previously held positions with firms such as, Staffing Technologies, SiriusWorks and Talent Tree Technical. 

During his robust career, David has earned countless awards for sales, sales management and outstanding dedication to service. David received his Bachelors degree in applied sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He is actively involved in giving back to the community and a strong supporter of social responsibility in business. David lives in Atlanta with his family.

 


 

Matt Frankel
Manager, Finance & Accounting Staffing Sales - Atlanta

Matt is a rising star in the finance and accounting industry, with more than six years of sector-specific staffing experience.  He is known for bringing clients strong ideas, fresh perspectives and highly qualified candidates, lowering clients’ candidate search time.  Matt has managed both the candidate and client sides of the company and understands how to successfully marry both sides, providing him with great perspectives into what candidates want and what clients need.   In his role, Matt is responsible for understanding client staffing resource needs and helping those clients succeed by matching their needs with The Intersect Group’s top talent. 

Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Matt worked as the Division Director for Robert Half International where he was a member of the President’s Club for two years.  In addition, Matt brings to The Intersect Group strong entrepreneurial staffing experience, specializing in working with privately held companies.

Matt is a graduate of Tulane University with dual degrees in Finance and Management.  Since joining The Intersect Group in 2009, Matt has received numerous awards and recognition, being named Rookie of the Year and a two-year Legends recipient for top staffing sales in the company.  Matt and his wife Amanda live in Brookhaven with their daughter Ava.


Rob MacLane
Manager, IT Staffing Sales - Atlanta

Rob is a seasoned IT Staffing expert with a track record of success in the industry. Rob and his team work with some of the leading brands in the country to ensure that they have the right IT resources at the right time. His career spans more than eight years and is laser-focused on the IT profession. Rob manages more than seven IT sales professionals and nine IT recruiters. Rob and his team pride themselves on their ability to provide quickly qualified resources to their clients while maintaining superior quality service.

The Intersect Group's mission is to succeed by serving. Rob helps his clients succeed by having a deep understanding of their business, as well as a strong knowledge of the various IT roles and functions. With this intricate level of understanding, Rob is able to ensure that the client and candidate are an exceptional fit.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a Bachelor's of Business Management. Rob is a member of TAG and active in numerous networking and charity groups in the Atlanta area. Rob and his wife, Blaire, are parents to a son, Maxwell.


Jennifer Moulton
Manager, IT Direct Hire Staffing - Atlanta

Jennifer is a seasoned recruiting manager with more than 14 years experience in IT recruiting and management, with a strong focus on IT direct hire recruiting.  At The Intersect Group, Jennifer manages a growing team of Executive IT recruiters.  Jennifer began her career as a Membership Consultant for Phi Mu Sorority.  Since that time Jennifer has been a recruiter for Impact Innovations, NetBanks and Comsys where she was in charge of their IT direct hire division.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Mississippi.  Jennifer is currently a member of the Technology Association of Georgia.  Jennifer and her husband Ben reside in Roswell with their two daughters, Hannah Mary and Alice Belle.


Ray Wilson, CPA
Managing Director of Staffing - Atlanta

Ray has over 30 years of progressive experience and accomplishments, utilizing financial expertise in systems implementation, planning and analysis, operations planning, administration, financing, treasury, and credit. In his role at The Intersect Group, Ray helps clients succeed by thoroughly understanding the precise resources clients need and being able to match those needs with highly-qualified talent.

A finance and accounting domain expert, Ray's career began in the audit department with the Atlanta office of Touche Ross & Co. (forerunner to Deloitte & Touche LLP). Early in his career, he was singled out by partners to transfer to the tax department as part of a new program to enhance audit and tax department relationships. After being promoted, Ray was again asked by partners to become a charter member of the Enterprise Group, with the goal of bringing audit and tax experience to this new department.

In addition, he spent 19 years as the Corporate Controller for three publicly-traded companies: Engraph, Inc., American Business Products, and AFC Enterprises.

Ray is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Georgia State University with a Masters in Taxation. Ray, a resident of Dunwoody, has been married for 26 years and has 4 children.

 


Don Zuhlke
Manager, Finance & Accounting Direct Hire Staffing - Atlanta

Don Zuhlke is a manager at The Intersect Group, leading the firm's Finance and Accounting Direct Hire team.   Don has a proven track record of successfully leading candidate searches for companies across a wide range of industries, while managing a team of executive recruiters.  Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Don spent seven years in Accounting and his time in the industry provided him with hiring insights and perspectives that drive his consultative approach today, offering results based on the needs of the client.

Before joining The Intersect Group, Don spent a decade advancing from executive recruiter to client manager to vice president of a top Atlanta professional services firm.  There, Don delivered work force management solutions which included permanent placement, temporary hires, consulting, and executive search in the accounting and finance arena. 

Don holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College (Syracuse, NY) and currently resides in Johns Creek with his wife and two children.
