The Intersect Group has an immediate need for ambitious individuals who possess a strong desire and motivation to succeed in an energetic sales environment. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships as well as identifying, evaluating and placing professional accountants on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a competitive drive, a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a desire to succeed in this fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate should be adept at planning, negotiation, and multi-tasking.
