Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a dynamic team driving enterprise-level digital transformation. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications.
As a key contributor, you’ll design and develop microservices and front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that directly impacts customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.
- Build and maintain microservices and serverless functions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Automate manual processes and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and reduce operational overhead.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to clarify requirements and deliver high-value features.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve code quality, test coverage, and system observability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices across the team.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, S3, ECS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and test-driven development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
- Familiarity with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Git.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative, agile environment.
- AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.
- Experience with Kafka, ELK stack, and serverless architecture is highly desirable.
