She knows what it takes to create positive change, and rolls up her sleeves to make it happen.
Her past roles include CEO of Astadia, where she successfully integrated merging entities within the first 100 days; SVP of Idea, where she enabled record-setting profitability through a restructure; Chief Sales Officer of Adecco and Seaton Corp., where she was responsible for profitable growth. But, of course, her most important role is being wife to Rico and mom to her children, Isabel and Emilio.
Game changer. Master of dry wit. Michael has spent over 25 years working in sales, marketing, client services, technology operations, and finance. His expertise is in performance management and he’s operationally savvy with an eye for a strong profit margin.
Michael began his career at Arthur Anderson as an audit manager, and as he explored other companies, he quickly proved his financial muster to become the CFO of Impact Innovations Group. He spent five years at Synq Solutions as CEO, where he developed key relationships with leading brands that included AT&T, Starbucks, and JP Morgan Chase. Michael also served as CFO of Fabric.com, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Skilled in mergers, acquisitions and raising capital, Mike keeps us on the money train.

Prior to joining the TIG team, Brad spent nearly a decade at Teksystems as the Senior Business Development Manager before working as the General Manager, Director of New Markets and Director of National Accounts at the Ettain Group.

With a diverse portfolio and knack for helping companies with complex tech-talent issues, Joe has climbed the ladder quickly over his two-decade staffing career. For 13 of those years, Joe has specifically worked in IT solutions, including his role as a Market Director for TIG. Here, he helps his team collaborate to improve quality and care for his clients and candidates.
Before TIG, Joe worked as the SVP of Regional Operations at American CyberSystems and VP of Sales for TEKsystems, Inc., where he was responsible for developing strong sales strategies, creating growth opportunities, and constructing internal account team platforms to improve communication.
Rebel. MVP. Savvy and sassy. Shanell has spent nearly 20 years leading sales and recruiting teams with emphasis on creating success strategies. She’s spent the last 3 years building a strong market presence for TIG. Shanell has been influential in the staffing industry due to her unwavering, positive attitude and gritty problem-solving skills.
Since 2000, her tech-focused career has included consulting, sales, and recruiting in IT. She leads our high performing Dallas team to success by focusing their efforts on what’s best for our clients and candidates. And, if you get to know her, she just might challenge you to a game of hoops. (Don’t bet on your game—she’s played D1 and hates to lose.)
