She knows what it takes to create positive change, and rolls up her sleeves to make it happen.

Her past roles include CEO of Astadia, where she successfully integrated merging entities within the first 100 days; SVP of Idea, where she enabled record-setting profitability through a restructure; Chief Sales Officer of Adecco and Seaton Corp., where she was responsible for profitable growth. But, of course, her most important role is being wife to Rico and mom to her children, Isabel and Emilio.

Michael Snyder


Game changer. Master of dry wit. Michael has spent over 25 years working in sales, marketing, client services, technology operations, and finance. His expertise is in performance management and he’s operationally savvy with an eye for a strong profit margin.

Michael began his career at Arthur Anderson as an audit manager, and as he explored other companies, he quickly proved his financial muster to become the CFO of Impact Innovations Group. He spent five years at Synq Solutions as CEO, where he developed key relationships with leading brands that included AT&T, Starbucks, and JP Morgan Chase. Michael also served as CFO of Fabric.com, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Skilled in mergers, acquisitions and raising capital, Mike keeps us on the money train.

His roles during that time have ranged from Director to President. At TIG, Avi inspires his team to drive results for our clients and candidates by fostering an environment that encourages creative solutions, ownership and accountability.


Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Avi was EVP at Fastaff & US Nursing where he led client business development while serving as a change agent for new initiatives and strategies within the organization. As SVP at Randstad Professionals, he was responsible for all professional lines of business including F&A, Sales/Marketing, HR and Legal for the Western Region.

With a diverse portfolio and knack for helping companies with complex tech-talent issues, Joe has climbed the ladder quickly over his two-decade staffing career. For 13 of those years, Joe has specifically worked in IT solutions, including his role as a Market Director for TIG. Here, he helps his team collaborate to improve quality and care for his clients and candidates.

Before TIG, Joe worked as the SVP of Regional Operations at American CyberSystems and VP of Sales for TEKsystems, Inc., where he was responsible for developing strong sales strategies, creating growth opportunities, and constructing internal account team platforms to improve communication.

She’s spent the last 3 years building a strong market presence for TIG. Shanell has been influential in the staffing industry due to her unwavering, positive attitude and gritty problem-solving skills.

Since 2000, her tech-focused career has included consulting, sales, and recruiting in IT. She leads our high performing Dallas team to success by focusing their efforts on what’s best for our clients and candidates. Brooke is no stranger to staffing and has spent nearly 15 years working in the industry with increasing responsibility, from Account Rep at Robert Half International Staffing to Senior Director at TIG. As a result of her team’s ability to connect talented professionals with companies across Atlanta, she’s won six of TIG’s Legend Awards consecutively from 2010-2017. Her innovative recruiting strategies have consistently allowed our clients to benefit from great candidates.

She’s deeply committed in all that she does and believes in lending a hand to those who need it. Brooke and her husband have three children who keep her running between motocross races and cheerleading events.

Prior to TIG, Christie spent 11 years at Volt Information Sciences as the Director of Recruiting and Operations for the southwest region and led top performing teams at two international firms, managing recruitment for advanced tech professionals.

Before joining TIG, Don was a practicing accountant, then a controller, and spent a decade advancing from Executive Recruiter to VP of Talent.  We were lucky to land him in 2011.  His specialty is growing a team of exceptional executive recruiters who not only know F&A, but have established a network of talented local professionals.

Robert Jordan

Director, Executive Recruiting

Smooth. Intuitive. Not afraid of a challenge. For nearly a decade, Robert has thrived in sales, staffing, and recruitment because he’s committed to creating an environment filled with the spirit of contribution and collaboration.

Robert started in banking as a loan officer and quickly found his way to TIG in 2008 as a Client Manager on the Executive Recruitment team. After taking a brief hiatus to serve as President of Blue Ocean Ventures in 2012, Robert returned to TIG to lead the Executive Recruiting Team. He has led this team since 2013 and has no other prospects in sight. (That’s not an invitation for recruitment calls.)
