Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Edwin served as President, CEO and Director of Astreya Partners, Inc., a global IT services company based in Silicon Valley. He is also the founder of 9Lenses, a leading provider of Business Intelligence SaaS and an automation platform for business assessment and analytics. To The Intersect Group, Edwin brings an astute ability to create and execute on strategies that fuel progress and drive growth while inspiring innovation and culture. Edwin’s focus is on sustaining a competitive advantage for The Intersect Group in the marketplace while growing and adding value to multiple facets of the organization.
Game changer. Master of dry wit. Michael has spent over 25 years working in sales, marketing, client services, technology operations, and finance. His expertise is in performance management and he’s operationally savvy with an eye for a strong profit margin.
Michael began his career at Arthur Anderson as an audit manager, and as he explored other companies, he quickly proved his financial muster to become the CFO of Impact Innovations Group. He spent five years at Synq Solutions as CEO, where he developed key relationships with leading brands that included AT&T, Starbucks, and JP Morgan Chase. Michael also served as CFO of Fabric.com, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Skilled in mergers, acquisitions and raising capital, Mike keeps us on the money train.

Kristin is a marketing leader of nearly 20 years. She has launched innovative strategies to raise brand awareness and drive commercial value, focused on M&A activities in the staffing and technology space and heavy expertise in revenue marketing and thought leadership.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Kristin was CMO of Randstad North America where she led marketing and communications initiatives in the U.S. and Canada. She is a National Board Member for Girls on the Run and has launched Business Resource Groups (BRGs) at TIG, as well as two previous organizations. Kristin is a mother of 3, antique collector and DIYer at heart.

Before joining TIG, Don was a practicing accountant, then a controller, and spent a decade advancing from Executive Recruiter to VP of Talent. His specialty is growing a team of exceptional recruiters who not only know F&A, but have established a network of talented local professionals.

With 6 years of experience supporting a variety of industries, including logistics, retail, manufacturing and government, she leads our team of F&A Client Managers as they help find solutions and develop recruitment strategies for our clients. Nicole enjoys connecting people and facilitating lasting relationships that change organizational landscapes. Prior to TIG, she built expertise as a Technical Recruiter, Business Development Manager and Executive Senior Partner while at Diversant and Lucas Group. She listens and partners with our clients to identify the best solutions for them.

Dave's experience as an IT Practitioner lends valuable insight into the challenges IT leaders and candidates face. Prior to joining TIG, he was a Branch Manager and Senior Vice President at RHI for over 9 years leading both IT and Creative divisions. Dave has been recognized for exceptional service to clients and candidates in and around the Charlotte area.

Kolby has thrived in staffing and recruitment because he’s committed to creating an environment filled with the spirit of cooperation, contribution, and collaboration. Kolby has have been in staffing for 7 years. He started his talent management career as an IT recruiter at Kforce. There, his responsibilities grew to that of Recruiting Director.
