Staffing Specialist

The Staffing Specialist at The Intersect Group is a permanent position responsible for the execution of the Staffing Specialist strategy and vision alongside supporting other onboarding, loyalty and engagement activities.

Efforts in this area should align closely to the overall company’s strategic priorities of “recruiting excellence is at the core of all we do” to differentiate us from competitors and ensure our consultants & clients have the best overall experience. The greatest return of these efforts is to build a sustainable network of happy and satisfied consultants who show loyalty to us and will help to build our online reputation. This role will specifically focus on the F&A Atlanta team.


  • Prepare standardized client interview prep email per position
  • Format resume(s) for client submittal(s)
  • Use a Vendor Management System (VMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Create and post job descriptions into erecruit (ER) and to our company website
  • Complete candidate references
  • Review applications for closed jobs and distribute/assign accordingly
  • Create calendar invites for Quality Check (QC) calls for candidates and clients
  • Gather initial information about company and/or contacts to target for Leads research
  • Assist with erecuit (ER) projects
  • Prepare weekly marketing report for sales team
  • Assist team with marketing projects
  • Complete candidate care packages upon placement
  • Maintain Microsoft Teams and OneDrive shared files

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or Associates with applicable experience
  • At least 1 year of corporate experience, preferably 2+ years
  • Experience working in a corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Proactive and ability to provide updates
  • Experience working in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred
  • Experience using OneNote, Outlook, and Word is preferred
  • Positive with a team-oriented mindset
