We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our brand new Nashville office. This position is open due to growth and will offer room for advancement! We are currently seeking an exemplary Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the dynamics of our industry and will contribute significantly in our efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent.

You will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and applicant tracking tools. You will partner with our Hiring Managers to identify, develop, and execute recruiting plans to meet our hiring needs.  Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, is energetic, focused, and driven.  They are also not afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen.  This person will report directly into the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.


  • Work collaboratively with our Hiring Managers to understand business objectives, requirements for our open positions, consult on key trends for hiring
  • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
  • Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews to screen candidates and do reference checks
  • Manage a high volume of candidates for our Atlanta, Charlotte and Dallas offices
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


  • Proven ability to engage and recruit passive candidates using all tools available
  • Internal drive and motivation – ability to develop and implement a plan with limited direction and supervision
  • Creativity and adaptability
  • Quick learner able to understand staffing and consulting businesses and key requirements/profiles of various positions
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
  • Ability to manage large scale enterprise initiatives working with both internal and external resources
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional and engaging personality in being the “first point of contact” with all prospective employees of The Intersect Group

Previous Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven success in recruiting; preferably with passive candidates
  • Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an External Recruiter for another Staffing Agency and experience working as an Internal Recruiter in Professional Services or for a Corporation
  • Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly professional poise
