Job Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst:
- Assist with creating employee incentive plans
- Conduct market, salary and position analysis
- Integrate compensation tools, SOP’s and best practices
- Create pay grades, compensation surveys, and annual compensations reviews
Job Requirement for the Compensation Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP’s)
