Compensation Analyst

Our client in the Atlanta area is looking or Compensation Analyst for a one year contract with potential to go permanent!  

Job Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst:

  • Assist with creating employee incentive plans
  • Conduct market, salary and position analysis
  • Integrate compensation tools, SOP’s and best practices
  • Create pay grades, compensation surveys, and annual compensations reviews

Job Requirement for the  Compensation Analyst:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP’s)
