Our client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst for contract opportunity! 

Job Responsibilities for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:

  • Assist with creating incentive programs
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Create pay grades, compensation surveys, and annual compensations reviews

Job Requirement for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience as a compensation analyst
  • Proficient in Excel ( Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
  • Workday experience is preferred
