Our client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst for contract opportunity!
Job Responsibilities for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:
- Assist with creating incentive programs
- Conduct market analysis
- Create pay grades, compensation surveys, and annual compensations reviews
Job Requirement for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience as a compensation analyst
- Proficient in Excel ( Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
- Workday experience is preferred
