With a strong commitment to operational continuity and system integrity, they are seeking an experienced Aloha Specialist to provide hands-on support throughout the transition.
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Aloha POS Specialist to deliver day-to-day operational support while assisting in the migration from Aloha version 12.3 to a new POS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has deep expertise in the Aloha ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining system stability, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth handoff post-migration.
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily operational support for Aloha POS systems (version 12.3)

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and back-office issues

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors throughout the platform migration process

Maintain configuration settings, store-level data, and overall system integrity

Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge transfer

Assist with user training and rollout efforts for the new POS platform
Key Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with Aloha POS (version 12.3 required)

Strong background in POS configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration

Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant environments preferred

Familiarity with integrations including payment processors, loyalty programs, and back-office reporting

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
