Job Title: Back End Integration Analyst
Contract Length: 6 months to hire
Location: Greenwood Village (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote)
 
Overview of the Project/ Details:

This Back End Integration Analyst (BEIA) role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Day to Day:

• Builds, leads and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile delivery team.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring for the team and its team members.
• Continuously improves and documents processes in collaboration with other delivery teams.
• Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule and quality; updates and tracks status.
• Anticipate issues, challenges and blockers, identifies requirements gaps and mitigates risks.
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders.
• Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on backlog prioritization and deliverables.
• Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.
• Exemplifies a Lean-Agile mindset through servant leadership.
• Translates technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Removes impediments to team progress.

• Working knowledge of Agile software delivery
• Confluence
• Jira
• Gitlab 
• 5+ years of combined experience in Software Developer, Scrum Master and Business Analyst roles.
• Development Value Stream optimization

Nice to Have:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent education/experience.
• Communications, Mobile, Networking, Cable, and Internet industry experience is a plus.
• Certifications related to Agile software development, Lean, Scrum, and SAFe

Number years of experience: 5+ years

Education: B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, IT

Certifications needed: Certifications related to Agile software development, Lean, Scrum, and SAFe are highly desirable.
                                                                       
 Industry preferred: Communications, Mobile, Networking, Cable, and Internet industry experience is a plus.
