Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Product Master Data (PMD) to support a high-impact master data management initiative. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and flow of product data across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Supply Chain (SC) processes.
As a key contributor, you will work directly with business stakeholders to analyze data issues, define functional requirements, and support downstream integration. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a central role in shaping enterprise-wide data governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business and IT for Oracle PDH implementations.

Analyze product data flows and their impact on downstream enterprise processes.

Support master data management, product lifecycle, and governance initiatives.

Collaborate with OTC, supply chain, and procurement teams to align data strategies.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.

Partner closely with leadership to support broader Oracle and MDM governance projects.
Key Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

Deep functional and business knowledge of Oracle Product Hub (PDH).

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and its enterprise impact.

Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and communicate effectively.

Comfortable with full-time onsite work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Experience in OTC, supply chain, or procurement is a plus.

Industry knowledge and a pragmatic, data-driven mindset are highly valued.
