Business Analyst/Project Coordinator
The Intersect Group is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to join a dynamic cross-functional team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects stay on track, supporting course corrections when needed, and driving execution with clarity and accountability.
You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment across teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excels at building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Navigate ambiguity by researching, clarifying, and aligning stakeholders around project goals and execution

Develop detailed process flow documentation through collaboration with partner teams

Apply knowledge of technology patterns (APIs, integrations, cloud) to guide discussions and decisions

Take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution

Ensure project execution remains aligned with scope and timelines

Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple teams and levels

Partner with business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives

Support course corrections and project pivots as needed
Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in project coordination or business analysis within technology-driven environments

Strong understanding of common technology practices (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, integrations)

Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, and Confluence

Familiarity with collaboration platforms including Slack, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience using AI tools like Glean or Microsoft Copilot is a plus

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability

Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
