Communication Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Customer Experience Communications Specialist to join our Commercial Enterprise organization. This individual will play a key role in shaping and communicating the customer experience journey through impactful presentations and internal communications. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling and design skills with a background in marketing, communications, or sales, and can translate complex business insights into clear, engaging visual content for executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and design executive-level PowerPoint presentations that illustrate the customer experience journey, key initiatives, and strategic outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional commercial and marketing teams to create and refine messaging for internal and external audiences.

Translate business strategies and customer insights into clear, visually compelling content for leadership presentations and organizational communications.

Support the creation of communication materials for internal platforms, town halls, and commercial updates.

Maintain brand consistency, tone, and style across all presentation and messaging materials.

Partner with leadership to understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to highlight success stories and strategic direction.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or commercial enablement roles.

Strong background in presentation design and content development (PowerPoint expertise required).

Experience working with executive leadership to build customer-focused or sales-driven presentations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a commercial enterprise or B2B sales organization.

Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience strategy concepts.

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal communication platforms.
