Job Title: Customer Account Specialist

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (100% in-office)


  • Monitor productivity and ensure service levels are met.
  • Maintain customer rate data and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Communicate with internal teams about customer setups and rate changes.
  • Handle customer account and invoice queries.
  • Identify and escalate process improvements.


  • Minimum 2.5 years of corporate experience (preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics).
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple web services and troubleshoot issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in contract review and logistics.

Position Type: Long-term contract (12 months with potential for permanent hire)
