Core Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to capture essential data elements for HR, facilities, and asset management.
- Develop and maintain data ontology frameworks for consistent definitions and relationships.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data across platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Map workflows to optimize data collection and maintenance processes.
- Define reporting requirements and configure application settings aligned with operational goals.
- Champion data governance practices and monitor quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to align data needs with system capabilities.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data management and asset tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in data management, business analysis, or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM).
- Expertise in semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL).
- Familiarity with metadata standards (ISO 11179) and data modeling principles.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and database querying.
Preferred Certifications
- DAMA CDMP, TOGAF, CKM, or Semantic Web credentials.
