About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Administrator/Architect to oversee platform administration, performance optimization, and architectural design. This role blends deep technical expertise with a business-focused mindset to ensure the Dynamics 365 ecosystem supports and enhances critical operations across the organization.
You’ll lead platform management, solution design, vendor collaboration, and stakeholder engagement—driving automation and process improvement initiatives that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Optimization

Administer and configure Dynamics 365 environments for high availability, reliability, and performance

Oversee daily operations including ticket triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)

Implement best practices for user security, data governance, and compliance
Solution Design & Architecture

Design and implement scalable, secure, and sustainable Dynamics 365 solutions

Partner with business units to tailor configurations and workflows to meet operational needs
Vendor Collaboration & Project Leadership

Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and implementation partners

Lead enterprise-scale projects from scope definition through delivery
Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities

Champion automation initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Key Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP)

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementation projects and managing vendor relationships

Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) highly desirable

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Solid understanding of data governance, security protocols, and system integrations

Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives
