Business Software Support Specialist
Onsite 6 month contract 

Responsibilities:

Create an exceptional customer experience and response to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain working knowledge of End User Responsibilities

• Create and Maintain detailed comments in support request tracking system software issues

• Monitor ticketing system to provide timely response to software issues

• Provide Customer/Branch Support to Resolve IT Related problems – Mostly surrounding the Go-Live of NLS

Requirements:

-Financial Institution/Industry Experience

-Previous Experience or Knowledge of NLS or DL4

-Call Center Background
