We are seeking a JDE Implementation Consultant to support the enterprise-wide systems modernization of our client. In this role, you will take ownership of configuring, implementing, and supporting JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) Finance modules, ensuring smooth financial operations and data integrity. You will work cross-functionally with IT and finance teams to identify process inefficiencies, develop system enhancements, and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise will also be critical in supporting audits, producing key data extracts, and maintaining accurate documentation for long-term system sustainability. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on business performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support JDE EnterpriseOne financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and implement custom reports, workflows, and automations within JDE E1
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with external systems and tools
- Extract and analyze financial data, ensuring integrity and audit readiness
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to promote best practices
- Support external audits by delivering timely and accurate data extracts and analysis
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne Finance modules implementation and support
- Proven experience with data extracts, data analysis, and audit support
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience integrating JDE E1 with external applications (e.g., BI tools or ERP add-ons)
- Proficiency in developing custom reports and process documentation
- Ability to analyze and improve complex business processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours
