Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist project and program managers in setting up project planning baselines, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Budget & Resourcing: Collaborate with finance teams to manage financial processes, monitor project budgets, and help with resource scheduling.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate specific aspects of certain projects, such as patient engagement work or methods and standards development, using project management tools.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor project performance, ensure data quality, and update project plans as needed.
- Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in project management communities, share best practices, and apply industry-specific knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Must be located close enough to attend in-person meetings when necessary.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes (e.g., risk management, budgeting, scheduling).
- Proficient in tools such as SharePoint, SAP, and other project management systems.
