About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) landscape, including Sales Compensation Automation, Product Configuration, and Contract Lifecycle Management. This role is central to a CEO-sponsored transformation effort and offers high visibility across business and IT leadership.
As the Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance sales enablement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle project management for QTC initiatives including Sales Compensation Automation, Product Configurator implementation, and Contract Lifecycle Management enhancements

Develop and maintain detailed project plans that promote clarity, accountability, and progress tracking

Facilitate execution across IT and business teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

Tailor communication and planning approaches to suit both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and roadmaps using Smartsheet in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment

Manage core project functions such as meeting facilitation, action tracking, and issue resolution

Partner with business and IT leads to ensure timely delivery and alignment on priorities

Prepare and deliver concise updates and presentations for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
Key Requirements

5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology and business initiatives

Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Sales Enablement processes, including quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition

Proven success managing sales transformation or sales compensation automation projects

Proficiency in Smartsheet and experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments

Strong organizational skills with a focus on building adaptable, actionable project plans

Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences

Executive presence with the ability to influence and inform senior stakeholders

Politically astute with a talent for building alignment across business and IT functions
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle-based environments
