Model: Initial full-time, six-month contract with the ability to convert to a permanent employee

The Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and 1 to 2 years of Java experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements to meet business requirements. Additionally, the candidate will have preferred qualifications in React, Automation, and Saga – products for workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements to Salesforce applications.
- Configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, and custom fields.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions are properly implemented and meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- 1-2 years of experience in Java development.
- Preferred qualifications in React, Automation, and Saga – products for workflow.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and data model.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
