Our client, a leader in innovative real estate solutions, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the requirements, functional design, and measurable business outcomes of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement the vision and transformation efforts at our client.

Primary Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for guiding projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases. You will oversee the overall solution design to meet business requirements and fulfill user stories, leading a team through the build, test, and deployment phases. Demonstrating progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases.
  • Oversee the overall solution design to meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.
  • Guide a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Provide detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders, providing industry best practices and identifying areas for product growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Graduate degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems.
  • 6+ years of direct experience in the software development life cycle.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Flow, and security controls.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Force.com Platform.
  • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, with a basic understanding of programming logic and constructs.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs.
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies with repeated and demonstrable success.
  • Must be a team player with excellent oral and written communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience with ERP enterprise software systems is a plus.

Specific Experience:

  • Expert level experience in defining system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
  • Must meet skills and experience mentioned above in Specific Experience.
