Job Description: Senior Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation. This role involves leading the planning and execution of application development projects, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of software systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of application development projects.
- Ensure on-time delivery, manage project scope, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Manage third-party vendors throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements, acting as the primary contact between IT, vendors, and business users.
- Work closely with business users to verify requirements are met and assist with testing.
- Create UI mockups and designs, ensuring they meet business needs.

Vendor & Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for software design, customization, and support.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
- Oversee testing processes to ensure applications function as intended.
- Identify and resolve issues during implementation, and manage potential risks.

Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Basic SQL skills (e.g., SELECT* queries).
- Strong understanding of Agile SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
