We are currently seeking a Software Developer for the Customer Engagement Team on a contract basis. This role requires full onsite presence and is located in Irving, TX. The Customer Engagement Team is responsible for building and supporting customer-facing websites, kitchen ordering kiosks, and a mobile app. The focus of the mobile app work is primarily on the backend for the team, collaborating with a third-party company for the front end. This role also involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Departments.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Software Developer will work on various tasks related to software development, including:

  • Collaborating with the team to design, develop, and maintain applications.
  • Focusing on backend development for the QT Team within the mobile app.
  • Utilizing technologies such as C#, Web API, SQL, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Potentially working with .Net Core, SSIS, Blazor, AngularJS, TypeScript, VueJS, LESS, SASS, and Azure DevOps as nice-to-haves.

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in C#, Web API, SQL, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in software development, particularly in backend development.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Irving, TX location.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Additional skills:
Familiarity with .Net Core, SSIS, Blazor, AngularJS, TypeScript, VueJS, LESS, SASS, and Azure DevOps.

  • Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
