Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Setting: Remote
Range: $80 – $93K
Bonus: Eligible up to 10%
Join a fast-growing team driving financial excellence in the mortgage space. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst with deep mortgage industry expertise and advanced Excel skills to elevate our forecasting and reporting capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Generate P&L statements for multi-entity and joint ventures
- Deliver financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives
- Build and enhance driver-based forecast models
- Collaborate on automation and process improvement projects
- Create ad hoc reporting and analyses, as requested
What We’re Seeking:
- Strong FP&A background with 3+ years in financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- Proven mortgage industry experience
- Developer-level Excel skills (macros, advanced functions)
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (highly preferred)
- Technical aptitude to learn SQL & Python (nice to have)
- Familiarity with LoanVision platform (a plus)
