Job Description: Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect to provide both hands-on technical leadership and strategic architectural planning. This role will focus on designing and implementing innovative Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, guide technical teams, and drive advancements through Oracle Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks in cloud implementations and develop strategies to minimize their impact on project success.
• Technical Governance: Establish and enforce technical governance processes for Oracle Cloud deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Innovation & Optimization: Stay updated with Oracle Cloud advancements, proposing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Conduct performance analysis to optimize cloud solutions for high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for architecture designs, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements, present architecture solutions, and address technical concerns. Build strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
• Architecture Reviews: Participate in architecture reviews to assess the quality of proposed technical solutions, providing recommendations for acceptance or mitigation of issues and risks.
• Cloud Implementation: Oversee the implementation and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural designs, security standards, and performance optimizations.
• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to technical teams and vendor partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Cloud Solution Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive Oracle Cloud architecture solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database, and related PaaS offerings.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Autonomous Database.
• Strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.
• Expertise in cloud security standards, performance optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce technical governance processes for cloud deployments.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
