Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for leading the vision and strategy for a segment of the 7GT platform. The role will involve managing a multi-product roadmap, aligning with leadership, and implementing technology products across international markets. The Senior Program Manager will oversee a team, ensuring the successful execution of the platform’s segment while defining and measuring KPIs for continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision and strategy for a segment of the 7GT platform
• Maintain and execute a multi-product roadmap
• Align with leadership on strategy and goals for the platform
• Implement technology products for international market entry
• Manage a team to execute portions of the 7GT platform
• Define and report KPIs to measure the platform’s success
• Globalize technology solutions and support international implementation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program management, particularly in technology platforms
• Strong strategic planning and team management skills
• Experience with international technology implementation is preferred
• Ability to manage KPIs and report on platform progress
