Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned UX Research Architect who will play a pivotal role in driving the architectural improvements of our existing application. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the UX team, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the enhancement of the user experience. We expect the successful candidate to bring significant expertise in UX research, spanning both B2B and B2C lines of business. Your proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is crucial, as well as your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural enhancements for the existing application, working in collaboration with the UX team, stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Drive and oversee UX research initiatives aimed at improving user experiences across B2B and B2C lines of business.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to gather meaningful insights and inform design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on user experience objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration, strategic thinking, and the development of a holistic UX strategy.

Top Three Skills/Technologies Required:

1. 7+ years of UX Research: The ideal candidate should possess at least 7 years of experience in UX research, with a strong track record of working on projects spanning both B2B and B2C lines of business. Demonstrated success in improving user experiences is essential.

2. Expertise in Quantitative and Qualitative Research: We require a well-rounded expert in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. You should be adept at gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various research sources to inform design and user experience decisions.

3. Strong Communicator and Facilitator: Effective communication is key. We are looking for a professional who can clearly convey research findings, insights, and design recommendations. Additionally, the ability to think strategically and facilitate collaboration among diverse teams is crucial for this role.
