Support Specialist
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
The Intersect Group is hiring for a Support Specialist position for a leading manufacturer company based in Greenville, SC. This is a contract position, with a set duration of up to 3 years.
Candidates will provide a variety of advanced administrative support to an assigned department.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative duties for department manager such as calendar management; organize management meeting/moderate meeting, organize department forum, and book travel arrangements
- Order office related items and supplies
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Support Guest Visits to client site and related admin duties
Required Skills & Experience:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Associate Degree Preferred.
- Required Experience: 3+ Years Experience with administrative procedures and responsibilities
- Candidates MUST BE fluent in German
- General Excel Knowledge, PowerPoint Experience, and previous experience with SAP
- Time Management Skills, Organizational Skills, strong written and verbal communication
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, etc.
