The Intersect Group Expands Its Midwest Presence

Top IT and Finance/Accounting recruiting and staffing resources provider The Intersect Group has brought on Justin Baker as Market Director for its new Nashville branch office.

Justin comes to The Intersect Group with over 12 years of experience in sales, management, and recruiting in the staffing and consulting space, most recently as Director of Business Development with the leader in Interim Medical Staff Services and Consulting solutions.

The Nashville office is The Intersect Group’s fifth location in the southeastern U.S., with plans to open more locations over the next several years.

Justin is a great fit for this role, and we are very excited to have him leading the charge for Nashville. He is a battle tested sales person with excellent business management skills. He led business development efforts for his previous employer, contributing to over a 125% profit growth in just one year.

Justin is a graduate of Saint Vincent College with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He loves being involved in the local Honor Flight Chapter, the men’s group at church, and being President of his community’s HOA board.
