The Intersect Group Named One of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

We did it again! We’re excited to announce that The Intersect Group was named one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in 2015 by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) for the fourth consecutive year. This prestigious award honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their employee enrichment and human resources practices.

Companies that participate in this initiative undergo a rigorous two-part survey process in which both the employer and its employees complete a comprehensive survey to evaluate the overall work environment. An independent research firm then evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories, including Compensation, Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention, Communication and Shared Vision, Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.

In addition to a continuing education reimbursement program and numerous opportunities for professional development, our company’s Fun Committee organizes unique quarterly events such as a Pampering Day where employees are treated to manicures, shoulder massages, shoe shining and a smoothie bar. We also sponsor opportunities for team members to engage with colleagues and clients outside of work through regular Client Appreciation Events and Consultant Outings.

The Intersect Group will be recognized by NABR on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest Galleria.
