The Intersect Group (TIG) Acquires 3Ci Charlotte and Dallas Offices
Expansion boosts TIG’s footprint and extends new service offerings to 3Ci clients
ATLANTA – Jan. 15, 2016 – The Intersect Group, a national consulting and staffing firm specializing in IT and finance and accounting, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of two offices of the technology staffing firm 3Ci, Charlotte and Dallas. With established locations in Atlanta and Dallas, The Intersect Group’s growing workforce serves clients nationwide and the acquisition will increase the company’s Dallas market presence and establish a new region in Charlotte.
Founded in 1978, 3Ci offers nearly 40 years of technology staffing history with four locations in the southern US. The sale of its Charlotte and Dallas offices will allow 3Ci to more acutely focus on and grow its geographic core in Atlanta and Birmingham.
