Varicent – Business Analyst

Role Summary We’re seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on Varicent ICM experience to support the design and optimization of incentive compensation solutions. This role plays a critical part in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that compensation models are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and deliver user-friendly solutions. A strong UI/UX mindset—especially with mobile design—is key, as is the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional documentation.

Design wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar tools to visualize user interfaces.

Configure and optimize compensation plans, rules, and reports within Varicent ICM.

Utilize Presenter Adaptive for statement generation and mobile reporting.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure usability and alignment.

Support testing, validation, and monthly payout processes.

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for compensation reporting.
Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in IT or Business Analysis roles.

Proven expertise with Varicent ICM, including modeling, configuration, and reporting.

Familiarity with Presenter Adaptive and mobile statement generation.

Strong UI/UX skills with experience in Figma, wireframing, and mockup creation.

Ability to engage directly with end-users and translate feedback into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with mobile UX design is a plus.

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred.

Background in Sales Performance Management (SPM) is a bonus.
