Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: $25 – $30/hour (some flexibility dependent on experience) 
Setting: 100% on site
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85023

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full?cycle AP within a small, collaborative accounting team. Ideal candidates bring strong tenure, a positive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full?cycle AP, including routing invoices in Vista Viewpoint
• Process 2?way match; 3?way match experience a plus
• Prepare and execute two monthly check runs
• Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams
• Handle lien waivers (primarily unconditional)
• Perform basic Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Support the accounting team and cross?train as needed

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years AP experience with proven tenure
• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of purchase orders and lien exposure a plus
• Adaptable, reliable, and team?oriented
