Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to join a high-performing IT Operations team. This role is instrumental in maintaining accurate asset records, driving process improvements, and supporting the transition from SAMPro to HAMPro within ServiceNow.
You’ll collaborate with fellow asset managers and cross-functional teams to manage ticket fulfillment, track hardware and software assets, and ensure compliance with asset management standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing data integrity, process ownership, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage IT asset-related ticket fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

Run and analyze reports on inventory, usage trends, and asset lifecycle

Track and manage software licenses and hardware assets using the ITAM system

Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to uphold asset management policies

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency

Support the transition from SAMPro to HAMPro within ServiceNow

Maintain accurate asset records through ACC (Agent Client Collection) tools

Contribute to documentation and compliance efforts across ITAM initiatives
Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) roles

Proficiency with SAMPro and HAMPro modules in ServiceNow

Demonstrated success in tracking, reporting, and managing IT assets

Strong communication and follow-through skills with a focus on meeting deadlines

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with ACC tools for data collection and asset accuracy

ITAM certifications (ServiceNow, IAITAM, or equivalent) preferred

Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment
