We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Ansible automation and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and optimizing DevOps processes that enhance the performance, reliability, and security of infrastructure and software delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed DevOps principles into every aspect of the development lifecycle, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.

  • Create and maintain automated configuration management using Ansible.

  • Lead efforts in containerization, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment and orchestration.

  • Design, implement, and refine CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing and security to uphold code quality and compliance.

  • Enforce DevOps security and compliance standards, including secret management and regulatory controls.

  • Partner with development, security, and operations teams to establish and promote DevOps best practices.

  • Mentor junior engineers in automation, container orchestration, and secure deployment practices.

  • Contribute to organizational emergency response initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and policy development.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation roles.

  • Proven expertise in Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.

  • Strong background in containerization and orchestration tools, especially Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient software delivery.

  • Solid understanding of DevOps security practices, including secret management and compliance protocols.

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, mentorship-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is beneficial but not required.
