Finance Manager
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage US Cash and Capital planning and forecasting.
- Generate revenue and operating cost forecasts.
- Build financial models and provide forward guidance.
- Create business partnerships and manage competing priorities.
- Collect and analyze quantitative data for performance reports.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
- Experience with financial and operational reporting.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables.
- Hands-on approach to financial management and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView).
- Experience in tech, retail, or CPG industries.
- Experience with PowerBI or SQL.
- MBA or CPA.
