Position: Fixed Asset Accountant
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054
Pay: $28 – $35/hour
Hours: Full Time
Setting: Hybrid after training

The Fixed Asset Accountant supports accurate and complete financial reporting through preparation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with teams across the business and contributes meaningful, data driven financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and controls
• Prepare journal entries throughout the fixed asset lifecycle
• Complete monthly account reconciliations for assigned accounts
• Produce financial reporting schedules for internal/external reporting
• Assist internal and external auditors with documentation and requests

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of fixed asset accounting and capital vs. expense treatment
• Strong Excel skills, including interpreting and updating complex formulas
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, especially during close cycles
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem solving skills
