Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join the newly formed Investments & Capital Expenditures team. This role supports executive and operational leadership by delivering high-quality financial analysis and actionable insights that influence capital investment decisions.

As a key contributor to the FP&A function, you’ll help design financial models, analyze performance trends, and support strategic planning efforts. This is a great opportunity for an early-career finance professional to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement financial models and KPI reports to support capital investment decisions.
  • Analyze P&L statements, identify performance variances, and support corrective action planning.
  • Conduct trend and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive profitability through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Perform customer and product profitability analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and financial summaries.
  • Support ad hoc projects and financial requests as assigned by leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution.
  • 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data modeling and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
