Our client is currently seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic internal IT team. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for internal users, troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. You will also provide critical application support for CRM platforms and productivity tools, ensuring staff remain operational and efficient. Success in this position will require strong diagnostic capabilities, a calm and clear communication style, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. You'll play a vital part in minimizing downtime and optimizing the organization’s technology environment.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows OS and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proven experience troubleshooting help desk tickets related to hardware, software, and end-user connectivity.
- Proficient in supporting CRM platforms such as SugarCRM or comparable systems.
- Strong familiarity with remote support tools including TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP.
- Exposure to ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and enterprise productivity applications.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, including user and group account management.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
