IT Tech Support Analyst Technician

Job Location: Chicago, IL (100% onsite)
About The Role:
The role involves comprehensive on-site support, directly contributing to the streamlined operation of our IT functions.
Daily Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to HQ Office/Executives, including but not limited to password resets, managing email accounts, user creation/termination, and printer troubleshooting.
– Set up and support conference rooms, AV equipment, and software installations and updates for new employees.
– Proactively manage tickets, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
– Monitor PCs, servers, network systems, video conferencing, and security systems, addressing alerts and maintaining operational health.
– Administer and support Microsoft365/Office365, including collaboration tools, Outlook, Teams, Defender, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
Required Skills & Experience:
– At least 5 years of prior IT support experience, with a history of supporting C-level executives.
– Proficient with Windows 7/10, including imaging and remote deployment, as well as Office 365 implementation.
– In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, O365, Azure AD, Azure Cloud, and antivirus software.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, A+ are preferred.
– Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
