Role Summary
We are seeking a Jr/Mid-Level Product Manager to support the development of a Retail Media Network (RMN) platform. This role will help bring several RMN concepts to life by building the tools and infrastructure that allow brands to advertise across the client’s owned digital properties. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless ad delivery and performance tracking.

This is a hands-on role where your experience in RMN product development will directly influence how brands interact with the platform and how users experience advertising within the client’s apps and websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize RMN product features and enhancements.
  • Support the development of ad management tools for brands to create, launch, and monitor campaigns.
  • Ensure ad placements are optimized for user experience across digital platforms.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to inform future iterations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ad delivery and platform functionality.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and sprint execution in an Agile environment.
  • Stay informed on RMN trends and best practices to guide product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital advertising or marketing technology.
  • Proven experience working within a Retail Media Network (RMN) environment.
  • Strong understanding of ad technologies, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
