Our client is embarking on a high-visibility ERP transformation and is seeking a senior leader to drive the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workstream. This is a strategic opportunity to lead one of the most critical components of a multi-phase enterprise initiative.

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with deep experience in ERP/CRM transformations to lead the Q2C workstream. This role is focused on structured delivery, governance, and vendor accountability — not duplicating SME expertise. You’ll partner with the Transformation SME and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Q2C lifecycle is executed with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured delivery of the Q2C workstream within ERP/CRM transformation.
• Manage the full Q2C process: Quote/CPQ, Contracting, Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Collections.
• Own program governance: RAID logs, dependencies, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Hold vendors/system integrators accountable for design, build, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Bridge Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations to align priorities and drive adoption.
• Build communication, training, and hypercare into delivery for a smooth go-live.

Key Requirements

• Experience leading Q2C workstreams in large-scale ERP/CRM transformations (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ).
• Proven success with program governance and structured delivery.
• Hands-on experience managing system integrators and vendors.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment skills.
• Executive-level communication and reporting capabilities.

Nice to Have

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Exposure to FP&A, revenue accounting, or audit requirements.
• Experience in global/matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with Smartsheets.
