Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As the Project Manager, you will oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are successfully executed. You will serve as the central point of coordination across departments, using tools like Power BI to enhance visibility and provide executive-level reporting. This role requires a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project performance and portfolio health.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide consistent and transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive team collaboration through regular project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document key milestones, deliverables, and post-project learnings.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for reporting and executive visibility.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including stakeholder engagement and team facilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
